Albuterol jitters are the f*cking worst. I mean they’re preferable to not breathing but only marginally so.

Breathing is always a plus. Asthma?

If you’re getting jitters from albuterol, perhaps you’re using it too much? Are you doing any other longer term treatment, like inhaled corticosteroids?

My inhaler doesn’t bother me, but the few times I have to use the nebulizer I’m jitter-city.

Nebulizer treatments and prednisone used to make me shake like a leaf.

This is the first time I’ve used any inhaled respiratory medications in at least 5 years

Are you asthmatic, or are you fighting a respiratory infection?

Had asthma as a kid, haven’t had it in quite some time now. Something brought it back today.

Most likely allergies, or a snap of cold air. I don’t know why, but cold air can cause an asthma attack. Go see a doctor if you need your rescue inhaler too much.

I don’t own an inhaler.
Cold air actually used to help my asthma.

It’s all dosed out, and a regular dose will give you the jitters. It does for me every time. I don’t know if eating or drinking helps before/after, but I hate using the nebulizer.

Ugh! I hate it too. Last time I needed a treatment I was at the doctor’s and I had to wait in my car for about fifteen minutes before I felt okay to drive home.

I hadn’t realized it was a neb. I thought you were hitting an inhaler. We used to give our kids regular neb treatments. It was a pain. Thankfully, they’re over that.

Well I’m assuming EssEx was taking a nebulizer because I’ve never gotten jitters when I take my inhaler.
My older siblings all had/have severe asthma but I don’t remember it being an issue. Well, my mom probably had a hard time keeping my brother to finish the whole treatment before he would run into more walls.
